Over the years, we have built a TEAM of REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS to include 2 "Buyer Specialists",  a personal assistant and myself.  
By name, THE Gail Spada TEAM consists of Gail Spada, Tina Schneegas, 

Gina Stulec and Amanda Bestmann.

Gail Spada, TEAM Leader, holds the following real estate designations and/or certifications: REALTOR Associate, P.A. (professional affiliation), GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), ePRO (Internet Savvy Real Estate Specialist), AHWD (At Home with Diversity - One America) and SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource).  Gail has been with Century 21 Alliance Realty in Spring Hill since 2001.

Gail's career in real estate began in the early 1990s.  Upon earning her certification as a New York State Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, she soon discovered her passion for the real estate industry.  As an extension of her appraisal background, she and her husband "founded" a very successful company who represented commercial property owners in the process of contesting inequitable New York State real estate property taxes.

Gail believes that her experience and training provides an enormous benefit to her customers.  With the advent of new technology, laws and procedures as well as the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers, real estate practitioners are required to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism. It is more important than ever to work with an agent who has a keen understanding of the real estate business.  The GRI designation has helped the best and the brightest in the real estate industry achieve that level of understanding.

In addition, because the Internet has added a new dimension to the real estate world, choosing a real estate professional who holds the ePRO certification, assures that they embrace the knowledge/skills in applying the power of the Internet to your real estate experience.  Real estate agents who have earned the ePRO certification are Internet professionals who have completed extensive training using the Web.  REALTOR ePRO Certification means the real estate professional is prepared to employ the latest techniques and services for your benefit, just like you've grown to expect from a professional.

The "At Home with Diversity - One America" certification, offered through the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), is a course specifically geared toward helping REALTORS develop skills for working with home sellers and buyers of all backgrounds.  Within the course, cultural differences, diversity and fair housing topics are covered.   NAR developed the course in 1998 with the guidance of the US Dept. of Agriculture and Urban Development.  Home sellers and buyers who hire a REALTOR who has earned the AHWD certification know they are working with a real estate professional who is trained to meet the needs of our Country's increasingly diverse population.

Gail's most recent designation, Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR), also sponsored through the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), offers Gail the gained confidence in becoming a "RESOURCE" to those Hernando County property owners facing the possibility of short sale or foreclosure.  Gail understands the complexity of the transaction and she has learned the critical skills necessary to offer "solutions to sellers" and to help buyers navigate through the "distressed property market".

Tina Schneegas, REALTOR-Associate, came on board with the TEAM in March 2004.  Tina is our TEAM'S 1st Buyer Specialist.  She hails from Chicago and relocated her family's electrical business (currently known as Suncoast Electric, LC ) to Florida where there was more sunshine.  Tina says, "We were pleased to see how "real" people live in Florida, rather than just being a tourist.  Tina, her husband and 3 daughters, found HernandoCounty to be the ideal location for their family with Tampa and Orlando both within a short drive, yet still having that "community" atmosphere.   

Gina Stulec, REALTOR-Associate, came on board with the TEAM in April 2006 and is our TEAM'S 2nd Buyer Specialist.  Originally from New Jersey, Gina and her husband moved to Spring Hill in 2004 and can think of no better place to raise their 2 sons.  Gina says, "With so many young families moving here everyday, we foundHernando County offers many wonderful sports programs which our children have become involved.  Our family has made many friends in the short time we have lived here through both the YMCA and our children's schools."

Amanda Bestmann, our TEAM'S Personal Assistant, came on board with the TEAM in March 2003.  Also like Tina, Amanda and her family relocated to Spring Hill from Chicago.  Amanda not only keeps busy at the office but also keeps very busy at home with her husband, 2 daughters and their son.
