Gail Spada, TEAM Leader, holds the following real estate designations and/or certifications: REALTOR Associate, P.A. (professional affiliation), GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), ePRO (Internet Savvy Real Estate Specialist), AHWD (At Home with Diversity - One America) and SFR.  Gail has been with Century 21 Alliance Realty in Spring Hill since 2001.

Gail's career in real estate began in the early 1990s.  Upon earning her certification as a New York State Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, she soon discovered her passion for the real estate industry.  As an extension of her appraisal background, she and her husband "founded" a very successful company who represented commercial property owners in the process of contesting inequitable New York State real estate property taxes. 

Gail believes that her experience and training provides an enormous benefit to her customers.  With the advent of new technology, laws and procedures as well as the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers, real estate practitioners are required to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism. The "At Home with Diversity - One America" certification, offered through the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), is a course specifically geared toward helping REALTORS develop skills for working with home sellers and buyers of all backgrounds.  Within the course, cultural differences, diversity and fair housing topics are covered.   NAR developed the course in 1998 with the guidance of the US Dept. of Agriculture and Urban Development.  Home sellers and buyers who hire a REALTOR who has earned the AHWD certification know they are working with a real estate professional who is trained to meet the needs of our Country's increasingly diverse population.

Tina Schneegas, REALTOR-Associate, has been a Buyer Specialist with THE Gail Spada TEAM since March 2004. She hails from Chicago & she and her husband, Mark, relocated their family's electrical business (Suncoast Electric, LCC ) to Florida where there was more sunshine. Tina, her husband & 3 daughters, found Hernando County to be the ideal location for their family. 

Nancy Brunette, REALTOR-Associate, and Joy Mullen, Assistant, have been with the TEAM since October 2011. Nancy and Joy (Nancy's Mom) and the rest of their family have been Florida residents since 1972 and also moved from Chicago.  With over 50 years combined experience in real estate, they have helped customers in Hernando, Citrus, Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas Counties. 

Amanda Bestmann, the TEAM'S Personal Assistant, came on board March of 2003. Also like Tina, Nancy and Joy, Amanda & her family relocated to Spring Hill from Chicago. Amanda not only keeps busy at the office but also keeps very busy at home with her husband, 2 daughters & their son.

Phyllis Burroughs, Bookkeeper/Assistant, has been a member of THE Gail Spada TEAM since July of 2010.  Phyllis and her husband, Bill, moved to Spring Hill in 2005 from Erie, PA. Although she started in Gail's office as her bookkeeper, she now also maintains the TEAM'S websites with current updated information.
