A Little Bit About Us ...
Gail´s career in real estate began in the early 1990´s. Upon earning her certification as a New York State Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, she soon discovered her passion for the real estate industry. As an extension of her appraisal background, she and her husband "founded" a very successful company who represented commercial property owners in the process of contesting inequitable New York State real estate property taxes.
Gail believes that her experience and training provides an enormous benefit to her customers. With the advent of new technology, laws and procedures as well as the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers, real estate practitioners are required to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism. It is more important than ever to work with an agent who has a keen understanding of the real estate business. The GRI designation has helped the best and the brightest in the real estate industry achieve that level of understanding.

Tina Schneegas, REALTOR-Associate, is our TEAM´S Buyer Specialist. She hails from Chicago and has relocated her family´s electrical business (currently known as Suncoast Electric, LC ) to Florida where there was more sunshine. Tina says, "We were pleased to see how "real" people live in Florida, rather than just being a tourist. Tina, her husband and 3 daughters, found Hernando County to be the ideal location for their family with Tampa and Orlando both within a short drive, yet still having that "community" atmosphere.
Amanda Bestmann is one of the TEAM'S Personal Assistants and also like Tina, relocated to Spring Hill from Chicago. She moved to Hernando County with her family about 6 years ago and has worked on the TEAM for the last 4 years. Amanda not only keeps busy at the office but also keeps very busy at home with 2 little girls and her precious baby boy!
Gina Stulec is another of the TEAM'S Personal Assistants and brings with her a passion for customer service and life. Originally from New Jersey, Gina and her husband moved to Spring Hill in 2004 and can think of no better place to raise her 2 sons. Gina says, "With so many young families moving here everyday, we found Hernando County offers a wonderful sports program which our children have become involved. Our family has made many friends in the short time we have lived here through both YMCA and our children´s schools."-
